Our Process
A phone call
It all begins with a conversation. We are excited to hear all about what you have in mind. We will ask you all sorts of questions. We will ask about what the space looks like now, what you would like it to look like, what you hope to use the space for, etc. We really wants to understand how to best serve you. We will also begin the conversation about budgets and what different options might cost.
Schedule an in person consultation
If after talking about the project you feel like it might be the solution you are looking for at a price point that works for you, we would love to schedule an in person consultation.
Consultation
We will look around your space and pick up where we left off by asking you more questions to really make sure that we know how to provide you the best possible experience and get the best flooring option for your situation. We will bring some samples and/or color charts for you to look at to help find the best possible option for you. We will take some pictures and some measurements and for many kinds of projects we will be able to give you a price for your project right on the spot.
Project Proposal
We will send you a proposal to your email or through a text message. The proposal will contain a detailed description of the process, how long it will take, and pictures of similar projects and color charts. Our proposal also contains our project contract which make sure we are all in agreement about what can be expected during the completion of your project.
Approve
Our proposal will have a green approve button. When you are ready to get your project scheduled, you will select the green “approve” button. It will direct you to a secure payment link so that you can make the deposit and agree to our proposal.
Scheduling your project
Soon after you make your deposit, we will reach out to you to get your project scheduled. We try our very best to stick to our schedule, but please understand that sometimes the weather and things that come up on other projects may alter your start date.
Time to get to work
Our team will show up excited to transform your space. If you have any questions or concerns, our team will be happy to talk with you to make sure that we are all on the same page and that you have a great experience.
Wrap things up and give us a review
As our team finishes the project they will be so excited to show you your new floor. It would mean the world to us if you gave us a positive review. As a local small business, reviews help us get connected with more people so we can give them their own wonderful floor.
