Grind and Seal

This technique has a very similar look to polished concrete. The surface is ground and a clear sealer is applied to the surface to give it either a glossy or matte finish. This process typically only take 1-2 days to complete. It requires fewer steps than concrete polishing and costs less per square foot. Polished concrete can handle more challenging environments, but a grind and seal can be the solution to many flooring situations. Basements, Garages, Patios, Retail spaces, Restaurants, and all but the most rugged environments will look so much better after a grind and seal.
